6 Election of the Loveden Deanery Synod Rep |

It was unanimously decided that Mr Paske would
continue to represent the Parish at the Loveden Deanery Synod. |

7 Fabric Report |

Mr Carter reported that the ivy had been removed
from the south wall, the boiler room roof had been repaired and the drains
had been excavated and cleared.
More work was required on the drains before being recorded for fut=
ure reference
and re-covered with turf where appropriate. 8.=

Repairs to the roof had recently taken place
although some lead repairs remained outstanding. 9.=

During the January storms, the northwestern sta=
ined
glass window had sustained some damage.&=

The insurers had been contacted and requests for repair quotes had
been placed. |
